Product Characteristics

♢Aluminum alloy assembly structure,simple appearance and perfect design.

♢The machine is set with horizontal structure and has three pairs of brushes,which can be used for washing LOW-E glass,ordinary coated and solar glass.

♢Main drive is gear drive,inverter speed control and digital display,Brush roller drive of washing section is drove by upper and lower motors with separate belts,which has smooth speed and long service life.

♢Washing section and drying scetion can be rose up max. to 360mm as a whole,which is convenient to wash and maintain.

♢The machine has two pairs of air knife which has large wind and drying effect with the air heating system.

♢The machine is designed with energy-saving and high-speeding theory,only one machine works when the width of cleaned glass is less than 1300mm and the other machine will start to work automatically if the width of said glass is more than 1300mm,which can achieve the enery-saving effect.
